Who operates this service
Pathway4U operates the PathProof jobs and professional-pathway service. Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@pathway4u.com.
What Pathway4U stores
To create and monitor a pathway, Pathway4U stores your name, email, WhatsApp number, city and country of residence, selected profession and corridor, qualification, institution, study method, experience, registration status and language information. We also record the time at which the pathway was requested. The builder displays a privacy notice beside the submission action; it does not require a separate consent checkbox.
Saved pathways and alerts
A random device identifier lets this browser retrieve saved reports and checklist progress. If you request alerts, PathProof stores the email and pathway needed to match future regulator or rule changes. Automated delivery remains labelled as a launch service until it is active.
What is not stored
This version does not accept passports, certificates, transcripts, licences or other document uploads. It does not ask for payment-card information or government identity numbers.
Device access
Saved pathways are connected to the current browser’s random identifier. Clearing browser storage can remove access from this device even though the database record may remain.
Professional decisions
Pathway inputs and scores are for preparation only. Do not submit confidential documents or treat a Pathway4U report as a regulator decision.
Live-job and third-party source requests
Pathway4U checks connected vacancy sources from its server and presents clearly labelled external search links. Opening an employer, regulator or job-board link sends you to that provider, whose own privacy policy applies. Pathway4U does not send your email address or WhatsApp number in those links.
Advertising, cookies and IP addresses
Advertising is not enabled until a valid publisher account is configured. If Google AdSense or another provider is enabled, that provider may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar signals to serve, limit and measure ads. Where required, optional advertising is controlled by a consent message. Pathway profile fields must not be passed to advertising providers or included in ad-request URLs.
Sharing and retention
Pathway4U does not sell submitted contact details. Information may be processed by hosting, database, email or monitoring suppliers that help deliver the requested service, subject to appropriate access controls. Submitted pathway profiles are available only in a password-protected administrator console and are not published on the website. Data is retained only as long as needed for the saved pathway, alert, security, legal or operational purpose and is then deleted or anonymized.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted and may unsubscribe from alerts. Advertising-consent choices are available through the consent interface wherever applicable. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Contact choices
Contact details are collected to deliver and monitor the requested pathway. They are not placed in the report URL. Pathway4U does not use these details for unrelated marketing. Contact privacy@pathway4u.com for correction, export or deletion requests.
